R3’s new Mentoring Programme connects professionals across our community, offering guidance, support, and inspiration through the shared experience of our members. Each mentoring partnership runs for six months (with the option to extend to a year), and you can return to the programme as often as you wish. To help you make the most of it, R3’s Training Academy provides a full induction and ongoing support.
Our matching process allows the Mentee to select a Mentor from our prestigious ‘R3 Mentor Portfolio’. We don’t use software or AI to do the matching, we let the Mentee choose. Once they have made their selection, they are connected with their Mentor via email by our Training Manager. They can then arrange their initial meeting at a time to suit both parties and begin their sessions.
