In this session, we explore the critical importance of mental health and wellbeing in the workplace with Alistair Schuberth and Lorna Feeney of Marsh and Nick O'Reilly of MHA. The discussion focuses on two distinct yet interconnected perspectives: the organisational responsibility for fostering a healthy work environment, and the unique role of insolvency practitioners in supporting mental health during times of financial distress.

In the first segment, we will explore the essential measures businesses should implement to proactively address work-related stress and mental health challenges. The second part of the webinar will focus on the responsibilities of insolvency practitioners and administrators when they assume control of an organisation.
