Learning Outcomes:
- To be able to explain CVLs to a professional standard.
- Understand the initial consultation and acceptance of instructions.
- Understand take on procedures including AML, data protection, ethical/conflict considerations.
- To be able to start the process, including the meeting of member(s), decision procedures, voting, and the SIP6 report.
- To understand the role of a Liquidation committee (SIP15).
- Manage being paid, both pre appointment and post appointment.
